Shamil Thakrar, Kavi Thakrar, Naved Nasir

Shamil and Kavu Thakrar are the founders of the celebrated restaurant Dishoom,
where Naved Nasir is the Executive Chef. Shamil and Ravi grew up in London, but
were introduced to the astonishing flavours of Bombay through their family and
have fallen in love with the city. With Naved, they share a passion for distinctive
Bombay cuisine and have a goal of sharing its beauty with an international
audience.
