Minnie-Mae Stott is a British artist who hand crafts all of her ceramics from her studio in Margate, Kent. Her beautiful pieces are designed to evoke nostalgia and strength, whilst paying homage to classical design. This ceramic Pinch Pot takes inspiration from the oyster shells on Margate beach, featuring mother of pearl and real 24ct gold lustre. Each pot is crafted and shaped freehand without the use of templates, making each oyster an individual and unique piece of art.

About Minnie-Mae Stott
Based in the Kentish seaside town of Margate, Minnie-Mae Stott creates and produces ceramics and printed textiles. Inspired by British seaside landscapes, the history of London, Greek mythology and Italian kitsch decoration she now has a healthy obsession with columns and seashells. Her hand-crafted ceramics are objects of empowerment, designed to evoke nostalgia and strength, whilst focusing on classical design.

Our Mission
We are committed to providing a space where you can shop for beautiful products that have been made in a way that is sustainable for the planet and kind to the people on it.
We source our products from independent designers mostly in the UK and Europe. We always look for local (UK based) options before we look further afield. We also try to support new and emerging brands and makers. Most of our products are made in small production runs, by artisans or the designer themselves. Where larger manufacturers are involved we ensure that they adhere a fair and transparent supply chain and do not use sweatshops, trafficked, bonded, child or forced labour.
