Julius Roberts is a first-generation farmer and restaurant-trained chef. From his family smallholding on the Dorset coast, Julius strives to live a self-sufficient life whilst also cultivating the finest ingredients, and preparing and eating the very best food. His passion for sustainability, seasonality and animal welfare is at the heart of everything he does, as is his commitment to encouraging others to connect with nature, and to get outside and witness the joy and romance of the natural world.
