1. Sign Up
First you will need to create an online account with LAMP LDN. Once you have set up your account you will need to go to the Gift Registry page and click 'Manage' or you can find the link to the page here.

2. Create a Registry
Click the 'Create a Registry' button and fill in the details of your registry. We require you to fill in the event type, date of the event, an invitation message, your name and address of where you would like us to send your gifts. You are able to set your gift registry as private by having it password protected.
Once you have filled in all your details you are then able to add products to your registry. On each product page you will see an 'Add to Registry' button below the add to cart button. If you have more than one registry created you will be able to choose which registry to add to. We can also help you create your perfect list of items, making sure you’ve included all of your favourite LAMP LDN products. A collection that’s uniquely tailored to you, and packed with personality. Fill in the form below and we will get back to you.

3. Share with Family & Friends
When your edit is ready you can grant your loved ones access. You can share your registry by using the share icon, this will show the link that you can copy and send your loved ones. You can also have your loved ones look up your registry using the Registry ID found on the top of each registry and using the Find a Registry page.

4. Manage & Celebrate
You’ll always have access to your personalised list, and you’ll be able to make edits, add more items, and see who’s purchased your favourite things. You can keep up to date of what has been purchased by logging into your account and can send thank you emails to each purchase, using our mobile website. Once you have closed your gift registry we will send out all items.

1. The Terms
These are the terms and conditions on which we provide our products and services to you in helping you create a gift registry and delivering your chosen gifts to you.
Please read these terms carefully before you create an account with us or order any gifts. These terms let you know who we are, how we will provide your gifts to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

2. About Us
We are LAMP Productions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 09880930 and our registered office address is at 104 Talfourd Road, London, SE15 5NZ. We trade under the name LAMP LDN.

3. Your List with LAMP LDN
You will need to register an online account with us before you can create your Gift List. To create an account, you will need to provide us with your name, your address, your email address and the date of your event. You agree to keep your username and password relating to your LAMP LDN Gift registry account confidential at all times. You are responsible for all activities relating to your LAMP LDN Gift registry account.
In registering an account, you have accepted these terms and conditions, and this is the point where a contract is formed between us and you.

4. Overview of How Our Service Works
· After registering an account with us, you compile a list of different gifts that you would like.
· Your guests buy these gifts for you.
· We will deliver these gifts to you within 2-4 weeks after your event.
· You can manage your gift list in-store (by appointment) or online.
· Delivery of your gifts is included for all UK addresses. If you would like your items to be sent to an address outside the UK we can provide a quotation for this.

5. Compiling Your List
We are an independent business and we work with artisan makers in the UK and Overseas. Much of what we stock is made exclusively for LAMP LDN in small batches and we regularly introduce new brands and products to our range. We suggest that you revisit your list just before sharing with your guests so that you can amend your choices to allow for any out of stock products and add new ones too.
We encourage you to choose items for your list that you really love and want your guests to buy for you. If you no longer wish to receive an item that has been bought for you please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty within your gift delivery, please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement for you.

7. Change of Mind/Unwanted Gifts
We do not accept return requests for any unwanted gifts, other than items that are delivered damaged, faulty or differ from their advertised description.

8. Financial Guarantee
The gifts bought for you from your list will be allocated to you at the time of purchase. You will be able to see what has been bought from your list when you log into your account.
Our total liability to you in respect of any losses arising as a result of no delivery of the products ordered for you shall in no circumstances exceed the cost of the product(s) ordered but not delivered.

9. Events Out of Our Control
Our duties will be suspended if we are unable to perform as a result of events out of our control. Occasionally our attempts to perform our duties to you under these terms may be interrupted by events out of our reasonable control. Where we become aware that this is the case, we will let you know as soon as we can and our duties will be suspended until they can be performed again. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control.

10. How We May Use Your Personal Information
How we will use your personal information. We will use the personal information you provide to us:

· (a) to create your online account;
· (b) to supply your gifts to you;
· (c) to process payment for the gifts; and
· (d) if you agreed to this during the order process, to give you information about similar products that we provide, but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us.

We will process your personal information in accordance with the terms in our Privacy Policy.
