About Capdeco
Capdeco was established in 2002 by artist Phillipe Froment in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery and where knives have been made for more than six centuries. The Froment family started its business in 1963 in a small workshop created by Philippe’s father, Camille, the recipient of generations of traditional expertise and know-how. Capdeco aims to capture the unique quality and timelessness of French tableware and cutlery, bringing a distinctly Francophone flair and style to tablescapes around the world.
