Ping Coombes grew up in the Malaysian town of Ipoh, a haven renowned for its delicious and distinctive food, and where she developed her own taste, style and skill as a chef. After moving to the UK, Ping became the winner of the 2014 series of BBC’s Masterchef. She is passionate about sharing her love of Malaysian cuisine with a wider international readership.
